Zoom Awareness Session with Rotary Club Bangalore on 2nd Feb, 2020

Rotary Club, Bangalore invited ORGAN India to conduct an online awareness session to raise awareness on the topic, approx. 10 people attended the session who were the core team and Dr. Sourabh Sharma – Project Manager from team ORGAN delivered this talk, he explained the importance of organ donation. Dr. Sharma further said that around 5 lac people in our country are waiting for an organ transplant and less then thousand organ donations take place every year so there is a huge gap between the demand and availability. He showed documentary movies on brain death and green corridor. The session was very interactive and  club members raised so many queries which were solved by Dr. Sharma.
