Through https://www.organindia.org/ the official web site of Parashar Foundation aims to bring the world of Parashar Foundation closer to its users by providing users with information on its activities to serve people and also to inform the functioning of the Parashar Foundation Non- Government Organisation in the interest of the Society at large. For the settlement of any disputes that may arise in connection with their total or partial validity, execution, compliance or resolution, Parashar Foundation and user, expressly waiving their own or any other venue that may correspond to them, agree to abide by the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Delhi. This contract constitutes the total and complete agreement between Parashar Foundation and user and substitutes all previous pacts, undertakings, statements and agreements, whether written or oral, that may have existed previously between both parties. Provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 as amended shall apply to any dispute arising out of and between the user of the website that is https://www.organindia.org/ and Parashar Foundation.
