DONOR PLEDGES

Over the last six years, ORGAN India has taken the lead in online donor pledges and is now dominating the online space for pledges. Our form is easy to fill and submit on the website, and the donor cards are couriered to all parts of India. We take pride in sending donor cards within 4 weeks to everyone who has taken the brave decision to pledge their organs, no matter where in India they are.

So far, we have received more than 25,000 pledges online and over 25,000 at various offline sessions across India. All our pledges have been updated in the National database maintained by NOTTO (National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organization).

The card bears the logos of ORGAN India and NOTTO on one side, while it provides the emergency contact of the donor as well as the list of organs he/she wants to donate.

The donor card serves a dual purpose: it indicates the wish of a person to donate his/her organs, and in case of an emergency, it also provides the emergency contact’s details.
