Training with Medical Students Association of India MSAI on 28/29.8.2021

ORGAN India has an MoU with the Medical Students Association of India to provide insight for medical students into India’s Organ Donation and Transplant Program.

“Introduction to Organ Donation” A two-day webinar for medical students was organised by ORGAN India in collaboration with the Medical Students Association of India (MSAI) on the 28th and 29th of August 2021, which was attended by over 90 medical students from across the country.

Eight renowned doctors, transplant managers, and coordinators imparted critical information to the students and interacted with them. A role play on Breaking Bad News was also successfully executed by students and presented for analysis. Many thanks to Dr. Ashish Sharma, Dr. Ravi Mohanka, Dr. Sandeep Vaishya, Dr. Prashantha Rao. Dr. Prashant Borade, Rajinder Kaur, Trilly Rachel Mathew, and Dr. Sonal Asthana for their time and effort in engaging medical students. A shout out to the President of MSAI, Dr. Mauli Mehta, and VPE External Affairs, Dr. Salman Khan, for organizing this wonderful event!
