Team Akshya Daan of Amity International School Mayur Vihar organized a panel discussion on organ donation in the school premises. The panel had revered dignitaries – Dr. Himanshu Sekhar Mahapatra, Professor & Head at Department of Nephrology and Nodal Officer of Organ Transplant at ABVIMS, Dr R.M.L. Hospital, New Delhi, Dr. Archana Kumari, Consultant Coordination, NOTTO, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Dr. Sourabh Sharma, Manager, Projects & Outreach at ORGAN India.

The discussion featured frequently asked questions about the myths and facts surrounding Organ Donation. The panelists answered each question extensively for the audience which comprised esteemed Principal, Ms Meenu Kanwarx, school coordinators, students, and teachers. The interaction yielded some good solutions, suggestions, and ideas.
