National Sports Day Celebration at Manav Rachna University, Faridabad on 29.8.2022

On National Sports Day, a sports carnival was organized and celebrated at Manav Rachna University and ORGAN India was invited to be a part of the event and raise awareness on organ donation. Chief Guest Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Olympic Shooting Medalist, Member of Parliament and Former Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports gave his best wishes to the transplant athletes that are preparing to represent India at the World Transplant Games 2023 at Perth Australia. He also spoke about the importance of organ donation.

Also, on this special occasion, Shri Ronjan Sodhi, Indian Double Trap Champion and Arjuna Awardee, took a pledge to donate his organs to show his support for our goal of spreading awareness about organ donation.

Sunayana Singh, CEO ORGAN India also spoke to shooters at the shooting competition at the Dr. Karni Singh shooting range during the awards ceremony.
