Awareness Session with Red Cross Society Gurugram on 16th Dec. 2020

ORGAN India conducted an awareness session on zoom for Red Cross Society members, Gurugram Dist. On 16th of December 2020. Total of 16 members were present. Session conducted by Dr. Geetika Vashisth, Head – Operations & projects, ORGAN India along with Ms. Sunayana Singh and Dr. Sourabh Sharma.

Dr. Vasthisth Explained the importance of organ, tissue and body donation and brain death. She discussed the role of brain death in donation of vital organs. After presentation few members raised their hands to ask their queries on myths and misconception related to organ donation.
