World Kidney Day Celebration by NOTTO at Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi on 12.3.2022

Members of the ORGAN Team attended the World Kidney Day celebration at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. The event saw the felicitation of donor families and recipients, and was attended by several dignitaries from government organizations and NGOs who spoke on organ donation and transplant and steps to develop the organ donation and transplant program in India. The hospital spoke on the initiative started by them to give preferential treatment to the donor families who are issued a card and when they show that card at the hospital they don’t have to wait in line.
