Himalaya Public Sr. Sec. School, Rohini

An awareness session on organ donation was conducted at Himalaya Public Sr. Sec. School in Rohini on 18th October, 2019. The session was very fruitful, and kids were educated on the various facts related to organ donation and transplantation. Dr. Geetika Vashisth took 3 sessions for approximately 350 students of Class 11th. After the session, a quiz was organized for students and teachers. School authorities shared with us that it’s a great initiative by ORGAN India, and every school should organize these talks. In the end, the principal of the school extended gratitude to Dr. Geetika Vashisth and presented her with a memento for holding a wonderful talk.
