ORGAN India conducted an awareness session for the students of classes 11th and 12
of Amity International School, Noida on January 22nd, 2020. The session was organized by the School Team Tech Amigos. More than 250 students and 10 teachers attended the session and had many queries about organ and tissue donation. Dr. Geetika Vashisth from ORGAN India took this session and shared the various aspects of organ donation including brain stem death, the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act of 1994, and the myths and misconceptions about organ donation.
An awareness programme on Organ Donation was organised on 11 August 2026 at the Government Polytechnic College for Women, Faridabad, Haryana.
