Saahas – Ek Koshish Jeevan Dene Ki, Event Navya Mrig (Intern), Delhi

ORGAN India, in partnership with ‘Sahas’, held an event spearheaded by Ms. Navya Garg during her summer internship with us, hosted an awareness session on organ donation and transplantation. Aprajita Verma gave a talk on organ donation, followed by Mr. Sheron, a recipient of a heart transplant, graced the occasion and shared his journey, highlighting the transformative impact of the transplant on his life. Attendees also had the opportunity to hear from Ms. Rekha Shridhar, a courageous mother who generously donated her son’s organs following his declaration of brain death after a tragic road accident. The event was well-attended by numerous medical professionals.
