On 28th April 2026, an awareness talk on organ donation and transplantation was conducted at PHC Baniyani, Rohtak, with the participation of around 75 people including community members and healthcare staff. The talk focused on the importance of organ donation in saving lives and how one donor can help multiple patients through timely transplantation. Participants were educated about the concept of brain death versus natural death and the conditions under which organ donation is possible. The discussion also highlighted the importance of family consent and pledging organs to support the cause. Common myths and misconceptions were addressed to encourage informed decision-making. The initiative aimed to strengthen grassroots awareness and motivate individuals to consider organ donation as a humanitarian act that can give a second chance at life.
