On the 3rd of August Indian Organ donation Day was celebrated by the National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organization, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare at Manekshaw Auditorium Delhi. Hon’ble Health Minister Shri Mansukh Mandaviya honored and felicitated Donor Families, Doctors, and government organizations from across India. India’s Transplant Team & Management from ORGAN India was felicitated by the Minister and NOTTO for their incredible performance at the World Transplant Games 2023.
ORGAN India also received the Best Supportive Stakeholder Award for appreciation of their services in the field of deceased organ donation.
