Awareness session at Jamia Hamdard University, Delhi

Rufaida College of Nursing, Jamia Hamdard Uni-versity, Delhi organized a symposium on Organ & Blood Donation on March 8, 2018 and invited ORGAN India to conduct an awareness session among the students and staff.

Ms. Sunayana Singh, CEO, ORGAN India deliv-ered a talk on ‘Organ Donation: Procedures and Formalities to be a Donor’, which was well re-ceived by the huge audience.

The symposium included talks by other speakers like Dr Amit Sharma, Professor & HOD, Forensic Medicine, HIMSR, Jamia Hamdard, Ms Sonu Singh, Chief Manager, Rotary Blood Bank, Dr.Anil Aggarwal, HOD GI Surgery and Liver Transplant, GB Pant Hospital & Chief of Delhi Organ Transplant Cell.

Dr. Vimal Bhandari, Director, NOTTO was also present there and talked on different topics related to organ donation.
