An intensive hands-on training on Cornea Donation was held on 15th January 2025 at Shroff’s Eye Bank & Hospital, Dariyaganj, Delhi. The ORGAN India team attended the session, which covered corneal anatomy, retrieval procedures, storage techniques, and the eye donation process in detail. The training also emphasized the critical role of grief counselling and community awareness in improving cornea donation rates in India. The immersive offline experience provided real-time exposure to eye banking operations.
