ORGAN India was felicitated by AIIMS Bhopal on 29th November 2025 for its dedicated support in promoting organ and body donation across India, including Bhopal. The recognition also highlighted ORGAN India’s efforts in facilitating a fetus donation to AIIMS Bhopal last year.
Dr. Sourabh Sharma from the ORGAN India team attended the ceremony and received the award on behalf of ORGAN India as well as the donor family. During the event, Dr. Sharma shared the emotional and inspiring story of how challenging it is for families to say “yes” to body donation, yet many brave families still come forward and make this noble decision. Their courage and compassion, he emphasized, truly deserve admiration and appreciation.
