Sunayana Arora Singh

Chief Executive Officer, ORGAN India

Sunayana Arora Singh serves as the CEO of ORGAN (Organ Receiving and Giving Awareness Network) India. She co-founded ORGAN India as an initiative of the Parashar Foundation in 2013.

She represents ORGAN India at various platforms, and has been twice felicitated by the National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation (NOTTO), MoHFW for her commitment to the cause. She is responsible for strategic planning in the organization, guiding the team and providing leadership in all projects of ORGAN India. She is a powerful orator, and has spread awareness regarding organ dona-tion in more than 20,000 people, old and young.

A mother of two, she is a former journalist and has worked at Newstrack, Aaj Tak and Newslaundry. Her dedication and persistence to the cause has brought ORGAN India to the forefront.

Ms. Anika Parashar

Trustee, Parashar Foundation

Anika Parashar is the Chairperson of Parashar Foundation. She inherits values of philanthropy and generosity from her family, and has been responsible for the vision and birth of ORGAN India.

Anika has over 18 years of work experience with organizations like Fortis Healthcare Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra, The National Childbirth Trust, BSKYB, Channel 4 and Old World Hospitality. She has been creating innovative brands in Women care and Women’s Health in India for the past decade: Mom & Me - Mahindra Retail, Mamma Mia - Fortis Healthcare.

She took over in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, La Femme, Fortis Healthcare to build a chain of Women and Child hospitals across India for Fortis providing clinical excellence, superlative healthcare solutions and to create an organization focused on providing opportunities for women to increase their presence in the corporate landscape. She resigned from La Femme in November 2018 to pursue other paths. We watch this space to know more!

Dr. Sourabh Sharma

Project Manager, ORGAN India

Dr. Sourabh Sharma has been working with ORGAN India since June 2014 as a Project Manager, handling various projects and tasks. He is responsible for research, administrative tasks and project implementation. He brings to ORGAN India his interpersonal skills and the knack of connecting with the masses. Dr Sourabh also manages the ORGAN India’s 24 hour helpline.

He graduated in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery and worked for 2 years as a Medical Officer in Bhopal. He later completed Masters in Hospital Administration from Amity University, before joining ORGAN India.

He is a keen photographer and enjoys singing.

Jasneet Kaur

Project Manager, ORGAN India

Jasneet Kaur joined ORGAN India in April 2017 as a Project Manager. She is responsible for coordinating ‘Let’s Get ORGANized’ awareness sessions in schools all across India, and helps in research, advocacy, social networking and Project Implementation.

Jasneet Kaur is an advocate by profession and has been involved in the social development sector, working on issues like sex trafficking, education and now, organ donation. She is currently pursuing distance Masters in Social work (MSW).

Born and raised in Chandigarh, Jasneet is a traveler at heart, and likes to be on the move!

Kavita Puri Arora

Graphics & Creative Consultant, ORGAN India

Kavita Puri Arora is a Graphic Designer working in collaboration with ORGAN India since our inception. Kavita has been instrumental in designing and creating our diverse range of collateral from children’s booklets to ads, creating and initiating campaigns and managing our events.

Her work has focused around graphic design for print and social media as well as Project Management for arts and cultural organizations based in Delhi. She has worked with organizations as varied as First City Magazine, HarperCollins Publishers India, BBC World Service Trust, British Council, Population Foundation of India and the Swiss Arts Council. She is a mother of two and considers her two children her most important projects!

Eeda Gujral Chopra

Chief Advisor, ORGAN India

Eeda Gujral Chopra serves as the Chief Advisor at ORGAN India. She is also the trustee of Vijaya Gujral Foundation, an organisation that supports ORGAN India.

She is a Delhi-based social worker with a keen interest in cinema and art. She graduated from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.

Shri Anup Jalota

Chief Patron, ORGAN India

Anup Jalota serves as the Chief Patron at ORGAN India. He has been deeply associated with the cause of organ donation, as his wife, Ms Medha Jalota underwent a heart and kidney transplant before passing away in 2014 due to liver failure.

Anup Ji is an Indian singer and musician, best known for his performances in the Hindu devotional music, bhajan and the Urdu form of poetry, ghazal. He was conferred the Padma Shri in 2012 by the Government of India in the field of Art Indian Classical Music-Vocal.
